To do so, fill out the online Returns & Exchanges form and include our email ([email protected]) and phone number (+37068905555) on the packaging next to the address. Please remember that you will need to cover return postage costs.
LOCAL
We will ship your chosen item to any address in Lithuania. You can select either courier delivery or delivery to the PO Box. If you're based in the Curronian Spit, you will have one delivery option – Omniva PO Box.
If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with the item, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging.
To do so, fill out the Returns & Exchanges form and send the item through the OMNIVA PO box or registered mail. In the latter case, you will need to cover return postage costs.
